3. Within 1hr of initial contact, The front desk supervisor was in my room in person apologizing for the inconvenience, with a new room key, AND assisted me with the move to a new room with a complimentary upgrade as part of service recovery.

9. There is a nightly parking charge of 12.00 but that includes valet service and those attendants did a wonderful job during our stay.

10. I would recommend this hotel because of it's value and location, but would suggest that management trains some of it's front line staff in appropriate customer service.
