3. I understand that check in is officially 3:00pm, but at 11:00am the front desk said that the rooms should be cleaned and ready within the hour.

4. 1st off- The staff- The staff was great!starting @ check in, the guys @ the front desk especially 'Big' Kevin was great & helpful from the start, he kept us laughing.

As usual I arrived many hours before check-in time and was accommodated with a friendly smile, the individuals that manned the front-desk espoused Southern hospitality and the hotel was in a premier location - close to the trolley, Beale Street, a nice leisurely walk to the Mud Island monorail and the National Civil Rights Museum.
