1. Didn't use the spa or pool but it looked nice.

2. They have icemakers and vending machines on every floor, a nice excersise room, pool, etc. The lobby is not large but here is an ample area with a sofa and chairs to watch TV, a small full service bar and a number of chairs/table for laptop users.
