2. We just stayed for 4 nights at the Embassy suites in Anaheim, ( also Hilton chain) and this place doesn't even compare in value, cleanliness and quality of furniture, tv's etc..

8. When traveling with the kids we typically stay at a Holiday Inn Express or equivalent, and a nice new Holiday Inn Express is more comfortable and a better value than this Hilton.

9. again no previous booking upon checking in asked for any packages the staff offered room plus tickets to universal good value pay for everything at this hotel, aggressive for tips.
