Service: We found the service was excellent, nothing was too hard for the staff at reception, the hotel managers were kind and helpful, we wanted to eat cereal in our rooms every morning (as we would be eating out for lunch and dinner daily) and we requested a little fridge as there was none other than the bar fridge which we said we did not want access to, the hotel manager had a small fridge sent up right away which was very convenient for daily milk storage.
