1. Although we had made our own itinerary before we arrived, the TRANSPORT DESK was most helpful in arranging a tour of downtown Hollywood and the Hollywood Hills for us and they were quite knowledgable regarding good places for shopping etc. They also sorted out our taxi for us on our departure day.

2. The hotel is close to a subway stop and you can get to Hollywood or downtown easily on the metro.

4. I was traveling for business which was being held in downtown LA, so I wasn't too pleased about being put up out in Universal City.

5. Would recommend for familys and people traveling to Universal, but if you're doing business in downtown LA, keep in mind that it's not really a hop, skip and a jump to get there.
