First from the time we checked in the staff was very professional and friendly they recommmended excellent restaurants and also walked us to the elevator, we checked into our room and it was everything I expected and also a beautiful view of the city (we were on the 19th floor king alcove room) next they gave complimentary fruit baskets which was a nice gesture.
