5. Great Location, great soft beds, fantastic bells and parking service, great breakfast and service, the first room we were given was not clean we even found a used bandage in the wardrobe, they changed our room, small rooms, need upgrading.

8. We were on the phone with the front desk at the time who was nice enough to call and offer us free breakfast vouchers for the room mix up (problem was, I had already paid for the bed & breakfast package online, so instead, they comped our parking and gave us a free in-room movie).

9. The valet guys were so nice, the extending hour of parking was not a problem for them, and within less than a min.

10. Hilton's $18 self-parking fee was good till 6 pm (and includes in-and-out privileges), so even tho we checked out at 10 am, we could leave the car at the Hilton and walk to Universal for the day.
