5. Again the receptionist launched into a lecture as to the facilities the hotel provided and that they did not provide fridges or microwaves in the bedrooms as there is a restaurant and room service available.

6. While in our room, a room service stewardess delivered a bottle of sparkling wine and four chocolate covered strawberries gratis from the hotel along with a letter signed with well wishes for our anniversary by the front office staff.

8. When bringing our room service breakfast, the Omni staff made sure everythign was working well in our room and even noticed that our television picture wasn't as nice as it could be.
