2. , the manager of the hotel are very profesional and nice, , during our several stays we had had some issues with the desk personnel mostly because some times they put young unprofessional cleks mostly ion the evenings or week ends , but most of the times we enjoy our stays and keep returing to this hidden gem hotel and definitly we recomend it to al our friends.

3. I did let the manager who took my reservation know it was our anniversary and apparently she noted it in the reservation.

4. Manager preceded to tell me they had no responsibility in the matter, refused to give me their insurance information, or call the manager of the property, but they would get someone to put a bag over the windows that were broken.
