2. All the staffs from Front desk, concierge, room service and housekeeping were so friendly and always had a smile and ready to greet visitors.

3. Examples include - I arrived at the hotel and relaized I had forgot my Blackberry charger, I went to the front desk to ask for a taxi to a nearby mall, and instead the concierge took a hotel shuttle, and drove me to the nearest Radio Shack to get what i needed, and then back to the hotel.
