1. We got to use free internet because our room had great signal strength from the lobby (free) wifi access point, alternatively you could sign up for their loyalty program and get in-room Wifi for free.

10. I think it would help the lobby atmosphere to graduate some of the bigger fish into a larger outdoor pond, and just have fewer and smaller fish in the indoor area.
