For a business hotel in the middle of West Houston businesses, who`s hotel customers not only need the Internet, but must have the internet every business day while staying in the Hotel, it is unnacceptable to provide such lame internet service (which they charge for) at 11,000 bytes per second - Three times slower than dialup - yuck.
