1. The front desk staff are generally friendly but, as in any of the large hotels in Vegas, you will find the occasional snarky one.

5. No value for money for room service, silly rules about automatic charge when items are removed from minibar (pressure sensitive), smart alec staff when not tipped, basic amenity like a tea / coffee maker in room missing.

7. We stayed at the hotel at The hotel at Mandalay Bay and it was awesome but best of all Moorea pool the waitress staff is awesome great service great vibe no kids can't wait to go back.
