4. The problem is overcrowding, GREATLY exacerbated by the hotel's greedy money grab of roping off alot of prime, fomerly free-chair space for cabanas/pay-for chairs.

5. The dealers were making fun of my husband for counting his money before handing it in to color up, and the floor person said 'dude - trust me!' and then proceeded to count the chips incorrectly, trying to short us at least $25.

8. One tip is that the cashiers are only too happy to help you if you have difficulties with changing money etc. for example, we struggled with a cash point machine that rejected our transaction for some reason and the cashier came and helped us use the machine.
