5. While staying here I went to the Michael Jackson Tribute show playing at the Mandalay, and it was excellent but costly.

6. Usually when you go to most hotels - the view rooms aren't available - or they're twice the cost - but this time I figured I'd simply ask - and I was accomodated very nicely.

Before going to Vegas we looked at costs of the Grand Canyon helicopter ride and thought we might get it cheaper locally, we checked this and prices for shows with the hotel concierge services but their costs were high so we did our own thing at the tourist office further up the strip (which is not easy to find) but it has its own phone you can use to book trips without charge.

8. In the Mandalay Place shopping there is an Irish Bar called Ri Ra and at the weekend we went there for breakfast and after having a heavy drink the nighjt before it was exactly what we needed and really good meal with REAL Tea and cost about $12.

9. The cost of the monorail is not bad if you are buying an all day ticket ($12) and using it frequently.

10. Well he did and not only did they not call and inform me that they were there ,but when I very nicely asked if they could bring them up (of course I would have generously tipped whomever had) they informed me it we cost me $15.
