1. in general We did not eat or gamble much at the hotel so no comments on that though tried buffet lunch years ago and remember it being good (they really do not go out of their way to get you interested in their own offerings as do some of the other properties).

3. Every day I was there I ate food and consumed many beverages on the strip, but it was theHotel I considered like my home: Coffee at the cafe, a late lunch at the restaurant in the Hallway, and odds & ends bought at the convient store inbetween those two every evening.

Maid service- I think Janet took good care of our room left daily tips, PEOPLE leave a tip for maid they work hard and do a good job- Thanks JanetBuffet- good 2 breakast/ lunch buffets fair variety paid about 15.00 each timeRestaraunts- Red square food very good Roquerford filet excellent also try Russian Mary but PRICEY.

6. We had two fine meals: although the profane and obviously drunk people at the next table at the Rick Moonen restaurant, RM Seafood didn't exactly enhance the experience(the food was excellent, the ambience: not so much) and a nice lunch at Fleur.

8. Also - the hike to the pool - one of the coolest things about Mandalay Bay - from 'The Hotel' -requires a trail of breadcrumbs and it's a good idea to pack a lunch before you head out.
