was nice enough to immediately guarantee us a room switch to THEhotel as long as we return to the front desk by 3, AND she will still comp us the first night, AND she will still adjust our rate for Saturday night by $30.

I almost booked The Platinum having read the reviews but time constraints meant I had to make a decision and the Mandaly pools swung it, however the family feel of the Platinum, the friendly
Manager
and the value for money (despite the smaller pool and dodgey walk from the strip) would swing it for me on another day.
