3. The lobby was quiet but it still took 20 minutes at the counter to get checked in - during which our credit card was taken, but not swiped (more on this later) and the promotion we book wasn't showing up on their computer.

4. Check out is traditionally 11 am, but the lobby staff was nice enough to extend our check out time to 1 pm so that we could enjoy the pool, etc. a little longer.

5. The Hotel is quite nice, very modern decor (and often really dark in spots, like the ladies room in the lobby which is so black it's creepy actually), and very different from the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.
