1. Stayed two nights this week on business, upgraded on arrival i was told to the SPG members floor - however I am an SPG member so should have been on that floor anyway - my two colleagues were not but got the upgrade to that floor - so good for them, but i felt like my membership wasnt that valued.

5. We had stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Austin less than a month ago for less money--at the same price or even if the Hyatt is slightly more expensive, it is much better value.
