1. When I reserve a room, I want all fees in that estimate, especially when the hotel knows most likely I will have to pay for it like parking.

5. As expected from a 3.5 star located downtown, nothing is free, parking (15 dollars self-park), internet (10 dollars a night), nor breakfast (10 dollars for the buffet, which is excellent), but that was expected.
