3. Count on the housekeeping staff to disturb you throughout the day by shouting down the hall to one another outside your room (every day for a week), and whatever you do, eat outside of the hotel because the restaurant and room service are just uninspired and very limited.

The service was poor--'butler' service is a joke--We had to wait 20 minutes for shampoo because the maid service did not put any shampoo in our room, $100 room service breakfast--no milk or cream with the coffee (because 'assumed we like it black'), walked out the door and no one ever held the door for us or the kids even though there were several bell hops standing around.

6. Upon checking out we received a charge for room service which we did not purchase and our bill was promptly and apologetically adjusted.
