The service was poor--'butler' service is a joke--We had to wait 20 minutes for shampoo because the maid service did not put any shampoo in our room, $100 room service breakfast--no milk or cream with the coffee (because 'assumed we like it black'), walked out the door and no one ever held the door for us or the kids even though there were several bell hops standing around.

7. Also, when we arrived they asked if we wanted a a daily newspaper and when we wanted maid service.
