1. All that said, our room was very beautiful, the bed was so inviting and comfortable, there were more towels than we could use and the management on hand while not effective at solving the inconsiderate housekeeper problems were responsive and did try to follow-up.

4. VERY comfy bed and linens make for a great nights' sleep after skiing, and it's really well sound-proofed so it's nice and quiet as well.

5. The high speed wireless was actually quite good, the furniture was your typical uncomfortable mid level hotel issue, the all important bed was of only average comfort, the lighting was very poor, it had a nice shower that actually had hot water after only 3-4 minutes.

10. Although the hotel room itself is of the standard size and layout; the bed is incredibly comfortable; leather sofa set with a throw blanket; great toiletries; Bose clock/radio; DVD/VCR with Flat screen TV; and a jar of those decadent dark chocolates.
