5. Check-in was pleasant and efficient, and when we tried to switch rooms to a floor or an area which wasn't undergoing renovations, the front desk was apologetic given nothing was available and comp'd us lunch.

10. We flew into Aspen and took their free shuttle bus to the hotel and after a smooth check-in, we rode on the free shuttle busses to Buttermilk and Snowmass ski slopes.
