1. Beds, bath, tv and sitting area/desk are all very good.

They also found a way to get the turn-down service squeezed in each night and re-stock the room w towels, toiletries, chocolates, etc. It seemed to me the soft goods were all brand new, including bath sheets instead of bath towels for after showering, everything was in top condition from the shower curtains to the linens.

3. My favorite part about the room was that the windows opened so you could enjoy the fresh mountain air, my second favorite part were the amazing bath products.

4. room was very well appointed w/lots of space, fresh delicious fruits, cholocolates and large 5 piece bath with beautiful marble.

5. The furniture was mismatched, scuffed and damaged, the room was only partially renovated, the bedding and drapes were old and in poor condition and there was no bath.

6. The residence had a great kitchen,all the hotel amenities including a private concierge and butler, maid service twice a day, 2 baths and a powder room and a nice full kitchen.

7. - The shower did not get hot enough half of the time, it maxed out just warmer than luke warm, so it was tolerable, but water got very hot out of sinks and bath.

9. St Regis uses its own brand of toiletries that are nothing special aside from the bath soap, I would prefer they get a top independent brand like other luxury properties.
