2. The building itself is gorgeous, the spa is very nice, and staff quite friendly so I would recommend it as a place to stay when in Aspen.

Also, would recommend that concierge service include Maroon Bells in their list of must-do/must-see while in the area (could not believe this site was left off on their list sent via email prior to arrival; only found out about it by accident while admiring a photograph of this scenery at the Aspen arts festival).
