6. Then when I left, I wanted change for a tip and instead of the valet getting change from the front desk, he pointed to the front desk and instructed me to get my own change.

7. Also, I like to call valet and have my car ready before descending downstairs, and the bell/valet desk answered their phone 1 out of 4 times, although several of the valets were gathered around the desk once I arrived.

8. When I arrived at the hotel, no one was around to come outside and ticket my car at the valet (after 5 minutes of waiting ), so I assumed it was the wrong entrance.
