1. There aren't any 'nice' restaraunts, but the casual places had good food at a reasonable price.

4. I would ultimately recommend staying there if you get a good price, but be very careful to check your credit card statement and while the front desk staff were all very friendly, don't expect management to care much about you or your business.

7. Beer prices over the top I feel, snacks and coffee at tables have to be paid for, a first time for everything I suppose, played casinos all over the world never been charged for a sandwich, coffee or a soft drink.

8. One example of the poor training: The hotel concierge gave us information that was incomplete and inaccurate regarding taxi booking times and fares, and the resulting problem ended up costing us $120 in extra taxi charges - the price of one of our hotel rooms for the evening.
