1. If they are aware that this happends this often they should post warning signs on the machines in huge letters telling you to count your money immediately before walking away, and if you did not receive the correct amount to wait in front of the machine and don't allow anyone to use it after you because no refunds will be issued.

2. If Hard Rock had at least offered to refund the money on my players club or offerered a night or two free at the hotel, I may have been appeased, but they refused to do absolutely nothing.
