3. She had a friendly female front desk clerk (the only decent person I encountered employed at the hotel) send her messages to us from her little office in the hotel and when she thought we were gone she came from the back office to work her shift with her nametag turned backwards.

4. I would ultimately recommend staying there if you get a good price, but be very careful to check your credit card statement and while the front desk staff were all very friendly, don't expect management to care much about you or your business.
