1. Check-in is always easy, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, etc. My biggest complaint is the lack of amenities in the rooms, such as a coffee maker, mini-fridge, microwave, etc. - little extras that seem to be omnipresent in most hotels, but are surprisingly lacking here.

2. Check-in was fast and easy, but because we were paying for the room with cash, we had to wait until check out to make the payment.

3. We were absolutely shattered and had to wait until the allowed check in time to use the room ( 2 hrs) We sat in the reception and fell asleep on the chairs.

8. He deserves a raise!-Lovely pool & spa area-(from what i hear) a fab music venue that's a co-venture with Live NationCons:-I hate to say it after receiving such great service upon check-in, but to be honest, the service could use some polishing all-the-way-around.

9. WE booked adjoining rooms and when we went to check in the Customer Service person told us the adjoining room wasn't ready to come back in 30 minutes.
