1. They tell me they checked with the hotel and cannot issue a refund because i still have an active reservation.

2. The last morning, we checked out immediately, and the guy at the desk was very helpful and easy to agree to a full refund once I showed him my bites (it seemed like he had been through this before many times!) and luckily we did end up getting a refund.

4. As we were only there for about ten minutes, Expedia, which is generally excellent, did the right thing and gave us a refund, which was great, but they should not be selling packages for this hellhole to anyone.

8. Since im going to celebrate an anniversary with my gf, i decide not to take the risk and immediately ask for a refund from livingsocial.
