1. Room had relatively new furnishings and installations, full cable TV and a fresh matteress on the bed.

4. This was after we had left the room LOCKED!both bags ( one of them locked by my mother for added security within the room), all our electronics and clothes that were not on our person at the time eg my laptop, our camera charging cables etc, clothes, my mother's heart medications- ALL GONE.

7. She booked my reservation directly from the hotel, my only main needs are a coffee maker, cable Tv and an elevator because i have a handicap that requires me to use an elevator because of metal n my ankle and back.
