priority to cleaning staff plugs all pulled out of the wall breakfast at the restaurant was chaotic (no alcohol in the evening, pity when on hols) very noisy rooms if you have a view (but at least they warn you at the reception) very unfriendly staff (even the front office

!) however great housekeepers hotel in renovation: noise of men working (loud) and no excuses given at any time (which would have been enough to be understanding about it all) Wi-fi never worked in room, and no help there either.

After reading all the reviews, I thought I'd give it another try - with the new
manager
, etc. Unfortunately its still the same Heritage Marina I stopped going to 5 years ago.

I contacted the hotel regarding some concerns i had staying at this hotel due to reviews i had read online ( While emailing my concerns, i half believed that the email would be ingnored) However, I was very impressed to be contacted by the
manager
himself less than 24hrs later.

for some odd reason the
manager
said he didnt know what scabies was but he did know they had complaints of bed bugs.

When I read the reviews on Trip Advisor( no parking, no wine, no restaurant coupon, room condition, etc.) I freaked out and almost cancelled but decided to email the general
manager
of the hotel instead and express my concern.
