1. It was only 2 streets away from the nice part of the city and there is a little club in the hotel which gets busy.

2. The Street Car is just infront of the hotel, the Bart is across the street, very convenient because it connects you to both airports OAK and SFO.

7. Inexpensive, centrally situated, good public transport options easily accessible across the street, a nice historic lobby with white marble floor, friendly and very helpful staff.

8. The location is also good as it is right next to the huge Civic Center and right across the street from a BART train station, so getting around from the Renoir as a base of operations is very easy.

9. We got to the Hotel and the streets were in the middle of construction which resumed at 8 AM Sunday Morning but that was great because it got us out of there early.
