1. Room was clean, bed a little rocky and no fridge or tea and coffee facilities were a downfall.

4. It wasn't as bad as I expected it to be from the reviews, the sheets were clean (no bugs), the bed quite comfortable, and bathroom was pretty clean also.

To avoid making this an endless thing, they provided us one of those mobile beds that we had to fit in the room as they left it in the corridor, we had to remove a desk as there were not enough space and the following morning the Supervisor, Diane, had a go with us and insisted to charge us additional USD12 per day for that mini-bed which we profusely refused.
