1. It wasn't as bad as I expected it to be from the reviews, the sheets were clean (no bugs), the bed quite comfortable, and bathroom was pretty clean also.

4. Mattresses were old and sank in when u laid down, plus there was someone else's hair on my comforter and sheets (gross!).
