1. Down at the heels neighborhood outside the 'front' door; but at night the front door is locked --and the backdoor opens on a quiet, well-lit district.

4. such a good hotel located close to everything in downtown SF (around 10 min walking to union square) although the neighborhood doesn't look that safe as you can see many homeless ppl around especially at night, it is perfectly safe to walk around even at night.

5. I realized the neighborhood and homeless sucked also for food I ate at Carls jr the Asian cafes close by were filthy and scary and staff were rude at doughnut and bakery.
