1. The reason I would not stay at the Renoir again is location - it is on the edge of what most of my friends who live in San Francisco describe as the worst part of downtown.

4. such a good hotel located close to everything in downtown SF (around 10 min walking to union square) although the neighborhood doesn't look that safe as you can see many homeless ppl around especially at night, it is perfectly safe to walk around even at night.
