2. Finally, I forgot my clothes in the closet, and the housekeeping department saved it all for me, and was extremely helpful into finding the best way to get them back to me.

Everyone -- front desk, bell staff, housekeeping -- made our stay a wonderful one, and I have already been telling friends around the world to choose the Renoir when they come to San Francisco, and I have been telling local friends in the Bay Area to tell their friends and organizations that it is a great place to recommend for out of town guests and conference accommodations.
