Additionally, due to the aggressive nature displayed by this guest, the

on Duty, along with Security staff were required to force the guest to vacate from the premises.

The reception clerk tried to credit us but since he didn`t know how to do it, he phoned the

of the hotel that explained him how to do it.

s are pointing out the municipality for the terrible environment (see owner feedbacks), but obviously do not undertake anything to improve the hotel, inclusing what is under there sollely control.

said she had complaints about smoke from a maid in our room, we didn't even take off the "do not disturb" sign, so a maid should'nt have entered out room.
