1. Their Shuttle bus service to Union Square & Fisherman's Wharf, which runs regularly throughout the day was excellent as it saved a lot of cab fare money.

The shuttle service was perfect because it takes you to all the popular locations, the guest service rep Joyce was the BOMB!she was so friendly and helpful, breakfast was perfect and included in your stay so it helps you save some money and the front desk people (Victor especially) and everybody else was wonderful.
