The room was clean but very tight for 3 people - there are not any dressers so you cannot unpack whatsoever; one mirror located in the bathroom; no on sight restaurant with the exception of the top floor used for morning breakfasts; there is a rooftop bar , but there are only tables and chairs and NO BAR.

2. The breakfast room is like something you find at a hostel, the tables are not set with any cutlery, they are for large groups of 4 or more and on one side of the room is a row of tables set out like a bar in Mcdonalds.

3. The location is great, just a couple of minutes walk to Union Square (there is a free hotel shuttle, but it's honestly faster to walk), Powell Street, Market Street, and the street car to Fisherman's Wharf, etc., as well as many restaurants and bars.

4. The hotel does have a bar and restaurant next door but unfortunately due to weather damage it was shut the week before we arrived.

5. Grab-bars, anti-slip bath tubs, PLEASE note the staff went out of there way to get us a bath-chair, and bath-mat when we requested them.

6. It's a quick walk to shops, bars - if you're the nervous type take the free shuttle or a taxi back (cheap).
