The shuttle service was perfect because it takes you to all the popular locations, the guest service rep Joyce was the BOMB!she was so friendly and helpful, breakfast was perfect and included in your stay so it helps you save some money and the front desk people (Victor especially) and everybody else was wonderful.

7. As others have indicated, we were correctly directed by the front desk to not walk directly to Union Square (15 min walk) but go up and over a few blocks to avoid the nearbye homeless centers which had a fair amount of street people milling about.
