1. First night I slept fine but after returning from work the next day and preparing for bed I noticed that my room had been cleaned BUT my sheets were stained with god knows what,my heater stopped working and my pillows had old blood stains on them but clean ripped up pillow cases.

The room was sheek: great comforter, comfortable pillows, beautiful lamp on the writing desk, nice cabinents, sleek design, hair dryer in the room without having to request one, good price for the money and very much a 'boutique style' experience making this every bit as nice as the significantly pricer JDV and Kimpton properties.
