if you plan to use a outside service on this hotel to book a stay here be very careful they willl use your credit card and

you for your room twice.

Dont go to the hotel restaurant, the food were average and they charged 15% service charge despite it clearly states on the menu that 'service charge 15% for party of 5 or more' We refused to pay the service charge and thankfully they quickly got us the correct

If you really have your heart set on staying here I would recommend just burning a hundred dollar

, stay at home, and avoid the future hassle.

, which took a great deal of time and hassle to correct - the front desk staff maintained that 'We do not offer those prices'.

spoke to the manager at night on the 17th, he was very nice and apologized, offered us two free nights parking (valued at $35 a night!) i guess we were okay with this, until check out and we got out

and charged for the entire 5 NIGHTS.

Keep in mind that I booked this hotel due to its specific location to the
Bill
Graham Civic Auditorium which is about a block away.
