1. Indeed, so helpful that when asked the concierge got us into a great restaurant 15 minutes walk away and the best table they had.

4. The bus stops are right also near the front door; the buses will take you almost anywhere you want to go in the city (the concierge is wonderful if you need directions).

7. Helpful staff: This is a busy hotel with many bus tour guests, but the front desk was well staffed, two lobby roving assistants were always ready with a joke or assistance, and Jan the resident concierge was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful.
