1. The room was sheek: great comforter, comfortable pillows, beautiful lamp on the writing desk, nice cabinents, sleek design, hair dryer in the room without having to request one, good price for the money and very much a 'boutique style' experience making this every bit as nice as the significantly pricer JDV and Kimpton properties.

2. Give me back some of my money and give me a free stay (at some other location!) to compensate the lost night of sleep.

4. we arrived two hours early for check in no problem a room was available wich was large a little bit dated but at the end of the day you only what a comfortable bed the staff were helpful and frienly the tram stop was right outside and very cheap way of getting around plenty of places nearby to eat all good quallity hotels have deadbeats outside looking for handouts its not the hotels fault its the stupid fools that give them money i would be more than happy to stay again.
"sign of a good hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/2/2011 Vote
5. We just returned from a week long stay, overall I'm reasonably happy with the stay there, the hotel is fairly average (decor, room size, fittings etc.) for a 3 star hotel and pretty good value for money - I've stayed in better, and I've stayed in worse.
"not bad " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/27/2011 Vote
6. The place is not going to be like the Four Seasons so if you are expecting Four Seasons experience, then go blow your money there.
"Nice hotel...great staff " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/6/2011 Vote
7. During the day it's fine although you will likely get beggers asking for money if you're obviously a tourist.
"Decent basic level accommodation in an expensive city " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/20/2009 Vote
8. Money saving tip: There is an internet cafe directly across the street that is much cheaper than the business center, but take note that it is not always open during posted business hours.
"More luxurious than you would expect from a 3-star hotel. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/4/2009 Vote
9. Keep your bag close to you, and be prepared to say 'Not today,' to a range of people attempting to get your money through begging or selling things you really don't want (poorly written homeless activism newspapers, bootleg hip hop CDs, etc.).
"Don't go out at night. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/31/2008 Vote
10. Scruffy people outside hotel asking for money without offering products or services to compensate for requested financial expenditure.
"Friendly staff. Sketchy Neighborhood. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/12/2012 Vote
