1. That is nice because downtown on Market Street has some interesting civilians, to say the least.

4. A bart station is located directly in front of the hotel and in just one short stop you are at Powell Street surrounded by the great downtown shopping.

8. This was explained for any incidentals i.e. pay-per-view telly, restaurant, (not recommended, expensive and better in a diner downtown, go to Lori's Diners for breakfast), the amount for each room was a staggering $500 for each room.
